Amanita Mollier joined the CPM team in the Spring of 2023. She brings a variety of skills to the table, among them her knowledge of the local area, photography, graphic design, home construction, landscaping, and experience with customer service.
Amanita is a Humboldt native, being raised in the mountains near Orleans. Her knowledge of construction came from actively participating in building homes, including her own on her family’s property. Having a lack of resources makes one become a “do it yourselfer” which has translated into Amanita being known as “Ms. Fixit”. She likes to assess a problem to see if she can solve it first before placing a work request.
Her career background includes everything from being an art teacher, school cook, substitute teacher, licensed insurance representative, to obtaining her real estate license to delve into property management. She enjoys all aspects of the job: helping care for a home, matching tenants to the right space, seeing different styles of architecture, photographing the space, and most of all, working with such a great team.
When Amanita isn’t working she’s mountain biking, hiking, painting, photographing, cooking, gardening projects , and spending time with family and her partner Martin Swett. The places she explores are depicted in her gorgeous Silkpaintings which can be viewed at Trinidad Art Gallery and various local venues. Although she loves traveling, the best place to be is right here where we all want to live and prosper.
